Website not secure on some devices

hi everyone

My domain is:
laboratoirebenmansour.com

and it work fine on my pc running windows 10

but not on other computers like my client ones :wink: running windows 7 sp1

it show the NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID warning and mark the website insecure

also i have checked that there is no antivirus or firewall installed or working

any idea on how to fix this please ?

There's nothing wrong with your site: it serves the alternative certificate chain which chains up to the ISRG Root X1 root certificate. Which should work on most clients which have updated their trust store in the last 5 years.

Your clients running an unsupported version of Windows should at least enable updates which should make sure their Windows 7 has the ISRG Root X1 root certificate in their trust store.
