This website is a scam. It should serve as online wallet. When you register and add money to your wallet, they want you to add 115$ in my case to start using them. It is 100% scam.

Note that even if a certificate were to be revoked because a site was illegal, scammy, or unkind (which again, since a certificate isn't about whether one should trust a site wouldn't really make much sense), it wouldn't actually do that much to protect users. Reporting it to the browser programs, as linked in the FAQ item above, actually has a chance to stop people from reaching the site without a warning.
you should consider server certificate more like an ID not a license: you can practically named whatever you want but one having id says he is John Smith doesn't talk about how trustworthy that person is, or he can do any blacksmith task.
