I used this domain in Nelify, already configured everything, but received: We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Netlify

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): using Netlify

I'd recommend you ask them about this, then.

did they tell you anything else, at all?

let's debug sees no issue using any of the validation methods.
