Verification with letsencrypt not ok

After I activated letsencrypt in Nextcloudpi, the small lock in the Mozilla input field as an encryption icon shows an exception. The site is therefore not secure.
This is the first time the verification doesn't work properly.
Can you help me?
Thanks

Hello @alwitahue, welcome to the Let's Encrypt community. :slightly_smiling_face:

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Thank you for your reply. The problem for my request was related to the
Nextcloudpi panel page. The site is only accessible locally, letsencrypt
cannot be used there.
In the meantime I have received a valid certificate from the main page of
Nextcloudpi.
Thanks very much.
