Use with Plesk on Godaddy dedicated server

I have installed the Let’s Encrypt plugin to Plesk on a Windows 2012 server. I am having a hard time figuring out how to add additional domains to get an SSL certificate for in the Plesk interface. I only see one and it’s for the server name itself, not for any of my domains. I set my domains/websites up outside of Plesk through IIS, so that may be the issue.

I am a bit of a newbie, so apologies if this is something obvious.

I'd have guessed that was the reason.

You may be better asking on the plesk plugin page although there may be some windows Plesk users here.
