LEā€™s certificate is for Web Server Authorizations only.

If you want to use a certificate for MIME, you can obtain a free one by Comodo:

Do you mean you want to get a TLS certificate for https://www.hmailserver.com/? That you can do with Letā€™s Encrypt.

Probably, anyway. I havenā€™t used hMailServer. If itā€™s a normal server, you can.
