Would like to know how to use letsEncrypt certificates to generate cert. for hmail. Thanks!

LE’s certificate is for Web Server Authorizations only.

If you want to use a certificate for MIME, you can obtain a free one by Comodo:

Do you mean you want to get a TLS certificate for https://www.hmailserver.com/? That you can do with Let’s Encrypt.

Probably, anyway. I haven’t used hMailServer. If it’s a normal server, you can.
