Hi,
Due to a DNS problem(which is solved now) we are unable te renew our Exchange/autodiscovery certificate:
+Response from server:
+ Code: 429
+ Content: {
“type”: “urn:acme:error:rateLimited”,
“detail”: “Error creating new authz :: too many failed authorizations recently
see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/ ”,
“status”: 429
Can you reset the rate limit please?
owa.morrssinkhofplastics.nl, autodiscover.morssinkhofplastics.nl
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards,
Chris.
From https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/ :
There is a Failed Validation limit of 5 failures per account, per hostname, per hour . This limit is higher on our staging environment , so you can use that environment to debug connectivity problems.
So you just need to wait one hour

HI tdelmas,
Is this also the case for a renewal?
Hi @ictMHP
it's irrelevant if it is the first certificate or a renew. The limits are the same.
