Certificate Transparency logs themselves are only required to provide APIs. They don't necessarily have any sort of HTML interface.
(Although the two websites linked above are operated by companies -- Sectigo and Google -- that also run logs.)
So you have to rely on various websites that download records from the logs, process them, and present a convenient web interface. (Or build your own.)
Note that crt.sh currently doesn't display recent information, due to a database issue. (Though it's normally fantastic, and it's still usable for older information right now.)
