[URGENT] Got scammed by an page that got the certificate by this site

Hi, im here cause got scammed by a site that uses Telcel Company to scam people.

Id just got scammed by this site and im looking for some information to find em and the only thing i found was that that site got it certificate by this page, Let's Encrypt, so think that us could got some useful information that can help me find out who they are and get back my money cause it wasnt js a little bit of money.

If a web site is doing bad things, your best bet is to report them to their registrar, to Google, and to Microsoft. You may also want to involve your jurisdiction's authorities if you think a crime may have been committed against you. (The FBI in the United States runs an Internet Crime Complaint Center; I don't know if Mexico may have something similar.) While what your browser may most easily show you is the Certificate Authority, that's just part of the infrastructure used for your browser to know that you're connecting to the domain name, and (as the staff member above stated) doesn't really have any information that might help you.
