Updating Certbot on TrueNAS/FreeNAS?

I have Certbot installed on a TrueNAS 12.0 system inside a jail. I installed it via the "pkg install py37-certbot" command as documented for FreeBSD. After a few years of using this, I'm looking to upgrade to the latest Certbot version. I've tried to run "pkg update && pkg upgrade" but it doesn't seem to update Certbot.

Is there any way to update?
