Update the certificate in automatic mode

Hello!
I need to update the certificate on my site www.--------.com and subdomain.---------.com
How to do it?
I previously installed the certificate 2 times manually. My OS on the server on allows you to update the certificate in automatic mode.
My OS - CENTOS 5.8 x86_64 and cPanel & WHM. OS - old version and Certbot not installed.
The current certificate has expired on 5/11/2017 I want to know if I can resume it in a simple way or manually install a new one?

Hi @FFR,

Renewal always means getting a new certificate; it never literally extends the validity of an existing certificate. So you’ll have to get a new certificate one way or another, whether using the same method you used before or a more automated method.
