For whomever maintains the diagram on this page, please update it with the announcements from this page.
Wouldn't it be wise to update the page once the new intermediates are actually in use? As far as I know, currently they're not.
That said, it's probably (also) a good idea to raise this issue on the Github repository @ GitHub - letsencrypt/website: Let's Encrypt Website and Documentation or even make a PR for it.

The certificates are already listed under "pending". They're not yet in the graphic, which is fine IMHO since they're not live yet.
Does not yet update the big hierarchy diagram at the top of the page, since we have not yet begun issuance from the new intermediates in production.
