Update certificate throw win-acme

My domain is:
icryptofan.com
I ran this command:
im ran second command to renew certificate
M: Create new certificate (full options)
and renew all
It produced this output:
it’s succeed renew certificate and im can see it at nginx certificate path.But when i can requsted throw browser it can show a Error certificate invalid date!

did you restart your nginx? That's required.
