My SSL failed, I don't know how to renew it

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

How did you obtain the previous certificates?

this is the issue how I have obtained it, I don't know it accurately, I think it was with DigitalOcean hosting and now I am with A2Hosting.

  1. The response I received from Digital Ocean Support Ticket

On checking the website https://freepcsoftware.download.zone/download SSL seems it expired on Wednesday, 4 January 2023 at 23:25:35.

Can you please try to disable the CDN or remove the custom CDN --> delete the old certificate --> enable CDN --> add the custom subdomain using the new SSL certificate generated and let us know how it goes?

Unless the certificate is being used by the custom subdomain on an active space, it won't allow you to delete the certificate. Only when the certificate you are attempting to delete is not being used by any of the spaces or load balancers, it will allow you proceed with the deletion.

To remove the subdomain entirely, click Remove Custom Subdomain, then click Save. In the window that opens, confirm the removal by typing the name of the subdomain and clicking Remove subdomain.

For further information on disabling the CDN or deleting the custom CDN subdomain, please refer to:

To delete the certificate, you must go to Security inside the Settings of your account. For more information, you can check this guide:

  1. The response from A2hosting is here:

Thank you for contacting our support today! I will be glad to shed some light on this problem.

The inclusive SSL certificate will be installed via AutoSSL only if:

  • the domain is pointed to the same server and the DNS has propagated

  • no other SSL certificates are installed

  • the domain is included in cPanel >> SSL/TLS Status section

The error appears because is pointed elsewhere:

You may want to confirm that it is pointed to the correct IP 70.32.23.118 in cPanel >> Zone Editor and any proxy/CDN services are disabled. AutoSSL will install the certs shortly after the DNS has propagated. You can confirm if the certificate has been installed in cPanel >> SSL/TLS Status section.

Thanks,

Is just your DNS hosting now at a2hosting or also your webhosting? This problem seems like something you should take up with a2hosting.

At least to start ... as for DNS, there are no A or AAAA records in your DNS so no one can reach your website. See the Let's Debug test site
