I receive a notification about certification that is about to expire but I don’t know this subdomain: wp53
the full domain is: wp53.moonloop-records.com
I have the domain : moonloop-records.com hosted on my server but not the subdomain
Can someone explain what this is ?

checking your domain there are a lot of older certificates with different configurations - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=moonloop-records.com#ct-logs
A Letsencrypt certificate - 2017-02-28 08:20:00.
A lot of cPanel - 2017-06-21 06:51:00.
Then Letsencrypt with three domain names - 2019-03-25 12:36:23.

Staging is defined, wp53 not.
You have your own name server ns1.moonloop-records.com. Did you use other name servers? There are some free hoster, there it's possible that everyone can create subdomains if the domain is registered.
