It produced this output: 403. That’s an error. Your client does not have permission to get URL / from this server. (Client IP address: 69.1.198.145)

Google has blocked your IP address from accessing scholar.google.com or other google resources. I'd suggesting getting a new IP address, so speak to your internet service provider.

This error is unrelated to Let's Encrypt, what motivated you to post a question here?

Oh wait are you a bot? Stats say 23 posts read, and that's a lot of posts for someone who doesn't know where they are.
