Unable to renew certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: templato.store

I ran this command: certbot renew

It produced this output: IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/certbot_apache/_internal/tls_configs/old-options-ssl-apache.conf'

My web server is (include version): jino.ru

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Centos 7

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: jino

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): certbot 1.11.0

How did you install Certbot? Was it from EPEL?

Yes, it was EPEL. certbot install. I received certificates through the command: certbot --apache

I'd try:

yum -y reinstall python2-certbot-apache

I'm not sure why the file would have been deleted, but reinstalling the package from EPEL7 should work.

You'll need to fix this first. Ask your host.
