My web server is (include version):
Apache/2.2.22 (Debian)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
Debian GNU/Linux 7.11 (wheezy)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
Google cloud compute engine

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

Recent versions of certbot-auto are no longer compatible with the old version of pip shipped by Debian Wheezy.

You have options, particularly using an older version of certbot-auto, or patching it.
