I was asking about the TXT requirements. Last time when i asked for a Let’s Encrypt Certificate, i was asked to provide some sort of domain verification like a TXT/CNAME record combo. Not talking about the CAA here. Any idea how people can get certificates for domains they don’t have access to such as azure.com?

TXT entries are required if you want to create wildcard certificates. That requires dns validation.
If you can't create TXT entries (sample: azure.com), you can't use dns validation.

Oh i get it. Thanks! I actually forgot that there was any other good way to validate other than DNS but that would work too. Thanks for you time. Hope it helps others too.
