My domain is:ghighi.hopto.org.
I try to get a certificat from Synology but as I am not expert I try several Time, I try after 7 days same message too many requests, could you tell if I am definively blocked or must I wait for 7days without any try.
Hello @GuiX06, welcome to the Let's Encrypt community. 
Testing and debugging are best done using the Staging Environment as the Rate Limits are much higher. Rate Limits are per week (rolling).
And to assist with debugging there is a great place to start is Let's Debug.
Also here is a list of certificate that have been issued crt.sh | ghighi.hopto.org, the latest being 2022-10-07.
