Too many certificates already issue

please use one of the certificates instead of trying to create the next.

Create one certificate, then use it 60 - 85 days, then create the next.

As stated by @JuergenAuer Please use one of these since they are already created.
This is why you got the "Too many certificates already issued" error.

how can resolve this issue i m try different way to this one but not resolved this issue my end.

You have to read the link shared in the error message.

but this not resolved issue they have automatically 60 to 90 day expire SSL

Yes this is a feature NOT a defect. 90 day lifetime with certificate renewal after 60 days.

This "timing" gives us the ability to have a 30 day window to fix an issue should one arise.
