This certificate cannot be verified

this is happening on my personal dell windows 11 chrome browser, I tried every thing possible to get it fixed but the same certificate keeps coming back, does that mean someone hacked my computer ? thank you

  1. This does not have anything to do with Let's Encrypt;
  2. Looks like you're using the SurfEasy VPN software which probably has installed that cert for some reason. Please refer to the SurfEasy support to learn more.
