Temporary rate limit increase

Hello there,

First time, first message on the forum, but not first time using Let’s Encrypt.

I run a web hosting service, allowing users to register a free subdomain of one of our domains (v-info.info). I’ve already submitted it to the PSL yesterday.

Would it be possible to temporary increase the limit for this domain to allow some customers to create a lets encrypt certificate? I know that the limit is 1 week, but there already is a pending queue (retried everyday), and it’s possible that some of them will have to wait for 2 or 3 weeks.

There’s a rate limit form for such requests, but be aware it can (and probably will) take many weeks before such a request is honored.
