Synology-DSM / issuing new certificate failed

I had to set up my NAS from Synology several times, because of some network problems with the new networkcard. Now I want to set up my server with a new certifacte, but I just get errors: “Process failed. Please log in to the DSM again and try again.” (Translation from german to english :-))
Two days ago I had no problems. Ports 80 and 443 are open.
DnyDNS is working.

Thanks much to all in advanced.

Hi @forbinproject

please answer all of the following questions:

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

My domain: nas.manske.center

My web server is (include version): nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): DSM 6.2.2-24922

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): not using certbot by myself, maybe Synology DSM in background

Checking your domain there is the expected answer - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=nas.manske.center

Port 80 is open, checking /.well-known/acme-challenge/random-filename there is a Synology answer.

So the Synology client should work.

Is this - 88.152.2.196 - your ip address?

Is there an update? More error informations?

Thanks. There was a missing update to ACME V2 protocol.
