I have installed the certificate on a Linux CentOS 7 server, in it I have consigado several sub-domains, when configuring a new sub-domain with an existing domain it installs but of the Common names error and shows me the certificate of the other sub-domain.
No, the certificate has an exact lists of FQDNs (“hostnames”) it is valid for. Any other FQDN will result in an error.
You should get a new certificate for the new hostnames. Either a separate one, or update an existing “lineage” of certificates (referred to by “certificate name” in certbot) to include the new hostnames.
