Im trying to search for a certificate issued by the staging lets encrypt api, can you direct me to the correct url and instructions please?

You could use the TestFlume certificate log operated by Let’s Encrypt.

Is there a handy web interface somewhere for searching TestFlume and other test logs, like https://crt.sh/ but for the test logs? (Or is there some option at crt.sh for searching test logs that I didn’t see maybe?)

Go look at domain reconnaissance tools, I’m sure there’s a few which include CT log scanners. Be prepared to download many gigabytes data though.

For sure there’s some people doing it, since I routinely receive bot requests, mere seconds after issuing a staging certificate.
