问题：这个错误的原因和之前的也是一样的吗？
This is a new error.
Before: DNS was not working.
Now: Connection was refused.
Please show these outputs:
nslookup acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org
nslookup acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org 1.1.1.1

not sure 1.1.1.1 works in china in general: doesn't GFW block them or redirect or replyed by wall itself?

又出现了一个新的错误。。。。
1.1.1.1肯定是行不通的
why that internal dns server acts weird. let's see:
nslookup www.baidu.cn (it should surely works)
nslookup google.com (if GFW blocks it same way)
nslookup www.baidu.cn 114.114.114.114 (if internal firewall forces your internal request)
