My domain is: airmaxbilling.com
We are using UNMS ubiquiti
and we get this error for the last 2 days
Last refresh of SSL certificate had failed.
Timestamp: Today at 1:27 pm
Error: Challenge failed for domain airmaxbilling.com
Some challenges have failed.
Failed to generate or update Let’s Encrypt certificate.

I have no idea how that client works.
But checking your domain your port 80 is closed - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=airmaxbilling.com
Same with http + /.well-known/acme-challenge/random-filename.
If that tool uses http validation, an open and working port 80 is required.
Perhaps there is a firewall or something else that blocks.
PS: There are two older Letsencrypt certificates:
Last is from 2019-11-01. Where is that certificate? Why isn't it possible to use that?

So your www version isn’t secure. Create one certificate with both domain names and use that.
