Hi @AIRMAXM

I have no idea how that client works.

But checking your domain your port 80 is closed - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=airmaxbilling.com

Domainname Http-Status redirect Sec. G
http://airmaxbilling.com/
67.14.203.227 -14 10.053 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out
http://www.airmaxbilling.com/
67.14.203.227 -14 10.037 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out

Same with http + /.well-known/acme-challenge/random-filename.

If that tool uses http validation, an open and working port 80 is required.

Perhaps there is a firewall or something else that blocks.

PS: There are two older Letsencrypt certificates:

Issuer not before not after Domain names LE-Duplicate next LE
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2019-11-01 2020-01-30 airmaxbilling.com, www.airmaxbilling.com
2 entries
Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2 2019-11-01 2021-12-05 airmaxbilling.com, www.airmaxbilling.com

Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2019-08-24 2019-11-22 airmaxbilling.com

Last is from 2019-11-01. Where is that certificate? Why isn't it possible to use that?

Seems to run on:
Supported Distros (LXC virtualized Distros aren’t officially supported please use KVM):

WHICH ONE ARE YOU RUNNNG?
WHICH ACME CLIENT ARE YOU USING?

thank you so much that did the trick, port 80 was closed in our new server

Now you have a certificate.

But only with one domain name.

Issuer not before not after Domain names LE-Duplicate next LE
Let’s Encrypt Authority X3 2019-11-23 2020-02-21 airmaxbilling.com - 1 entries duplicate nr. 3
Let’s Encrypt Authority X3 2019-11-23 2020-02-21 airmaxbilling.com - 1 entries duplicate nr. 2
Let’s Encrypt Authority X3 2019-11-23 2020-02-21 airmaxbilling.com - 1 entries duplicate nr. 1
Let’s Encrypt Authority X3 2019-11-01 2020-01-30 airmaxbilling.com, www.airmaxbilling.com - 2 entries

So your www version isn’t secure. Create one certificate with both domain names and use that.
