I don't actually use Microsoft teams and as a volunteer here I typically just guide people when necessary through the forums. My software isn't a plugin though. It's a separate PHP application that is primarily intended for those only hosting one or a few domain names. For the number of domain names you're hosting, you should really consider switching to a hosting provider that either offers root access (to use an ACME client like certbot) or cPanel with AutoSSL.

I find lots of dirt bag webhosts charging $ for certificates that are free
this is why I host my own

My software won't work for your situation.
I recommend checking into the other ACME clients. If you have root access, just use certbot.
