Hi @MansoorV12,
Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hi @MansoorV12
there are 5 identical certificates created in 20 minutes ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=friendlymotorstx.com ):

That hits the limit.
Where are these certificates? Use one of these 60 - 85 days, then create the next certificate.
What's that? Check the documentation of that tool to find the certificates.
Hi team, Thank you for your response!! please if possible can you help me unlock it or how long shall I wait before I create a new SSL for the website
The limit is fixed. See the output
next Letsencrypt certificate: 2019-04-10 17:00:20
[PS: It's my own online tool, not an official Letsencrypt statement. May differ ~~ some hours]
But this isn't the solution. You have created 5 certificates, this part works. But the installation doesn't work. So it doesn't help if you create the next certificates - and the installation doesn't work again.
Check your current system to find a solution. I'm sure there are valid certificates you can use.
So the SSL limit rate block will be removed by “next Letsencrypt certificate: 2019-04-10 17:00:20”???
Yes, you can create 5 identical certificates in 7 days.
But that doesn't help if you don't know why the installation doesn't work.
If your tool or your configuration is buggy, re-try doesn't help.
Hi @MansoorV12,
This is the first time that I had heard of V12 Software, but it looks like it’s a software package to help car dealers create web sites. From @JuergenAuer’s investigations, it seems like the V12 Software tool succeeds in obtaining a valid certificate from Let’s Encrypt, but then fails to install or apply that certificate on your web site.
Do you have access to any kind of support from V12 Software that might be able to help with this? I think it’ll be very hard for us to diagnose why the certificate installation doesn’t work because we have no familiarity with these tools. (I think this is the first time anyone has mentioned this software environment here on the forum.) The problem doesn’t appear to be with the certificate validation or issuance (between your site and Let’s Encrypt), but rather with the certificate installation step (within your server).
Thanks … We do successfully install it but few cases creates a lot of problem.
Are you a developer from V12 rather than an end-user?
No I am not a developer.
If you find that V12 Software doesn’t understand what’s causing the problem, and if you can get in touch with any developers from that company and get them to join this forum, we can try to help them research it.
I will for sure. Thanks a lot
