Or am I judging (or assuming) they know enough English when a Help Topic like that one comes up that the OP can convey the concept/issue and information in English?

Should there somehow be "Please help. This is what I presently know how to communicate in English, . . .; help me with English to help further explain my concept/issues to you."

Sounds like a "Google Translate" issue.
But you are correct, they are having mucho much trouble with their English.
["mucho" pronounced "moo cho" not "much oh" LOL]
