We’ve installed a certificate on sices.co.uk, and although everything appears to be done correctly (whynopadlock supports us on this!), we’re still seeing a “Not Secure” message with security warnings. The certificate is valid, but nothing appears to be working. Please help!

Pretty strange problem! sices.co.uk seems OK from here.
Can you share a screenshot of the warning? What browser and version are you testing with?
Make sure your browser is not caching the results (press ctrl-F5 on the page to force a server refresh.)
