SSL Certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Yeah hey @Raoul23 and @Bruce5051

It is kinda hard to know what the issue is here. Yeah?
Maybe Raoul will give up some info so we can help if needed.

All required ports are open too! Woo Hoo! :grinning:

@Raoul23

Presently the server does not seem to have TLS (i.e. SSL) enabled. So I recommend see

and its associated wiki

Thank you for the replies guys. I just want to add the SSL certificate to my website. I will check the above post that provides a link on how to do it in Mobirise

Update. Just looked at the above link and must admit I don’t have a clue what it is, how to use it or even upload it. Do I just copy it and paste it some where.

Sorry I’m a complete novice at this

Hi @Raoul23,

If you're unfamiliar with all the technical details of how to administer your site, you should probably ask your hosting provider (LCN) to help you get and install the certificate. LCN's web site says that they offer free certificates (for some plans) and that they're very eager to help customers via their tech support.

There is no single way of getting or installing a Let's Encrypt certificate; there are lots of different tools that do it, and the details depend quite a lot on your hosting environment and how your site is administered. Since you suggested that you're not familiar with those details, it would make sense to start with your hosting provider to see if they're prepared to take care of this for you.
