SSL Certificate

Hello:
My domain is anura7.ca. Using Certsage Installation and Usage instructions, I successfully added the SSL certificate to delphi.anura7.ca.
It work fine with https://delphi.anura7.ca

As you can see from the attachment, I am not allowed force HTTPS redirect to On.

I couldn't locate the following, different to above screen shot as per attached.

Clicking on the gear icon in Domains showed "Show associated Subdomains" .

Hope, Tried, various ways to find the gear icon in Domains. If someone could attach a photo with navigating instructions, please. Thanks Anura

I think https://forums.cpanel.net/ is a better place to ask that question,
not directly a Let's Encrypt certificate issuance topic.

Thanks Bruce. It makes more sense. Just for the information, I had a chat with a my Hosting support. According to him, I have generated the certificate giving www.promo.anura7.ca. I need to generate using without www. just promo.anura7.ca Regards Anura
