Ssl certificate not working on multisite safari

My domain is: TransStadia Education & Research Foundation, TransStadia Education & Research Foundation

I ran this command:

It produced this output: the connection is not private. safari warns you when a website has a certificate that is invalid.

My web server is (include version):

Ensure you are not adding "www" to the FQDN; As the cert doesn't cover that name.

Although a cert was issued to cover that "www" name:
crt.sh | transstadiainstitute.in
There was also another cert issued, on the same day, without "www" and is the cert being served now.
