SSL Certificate for Xampp running on windows Server

Hello team… i have my windows server 2008 R 2 standard.
I have Xampp installed and my sites are running from here. ( C:\Xampp\htdocs\Site_name ).
They are unsecure and on the browser they keep saying that No secure Connection!
How can i install the SSL certificate to work with Xampp
