My certificate renewal is coming up and wanted to know if auto-renew is now working. Last time, in July, I had issues for almost 3 weeks.
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Google Cloud
I can log in to a root shell on my machine: I don't know
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

I'm sorry to hear that you are having troubles.
But, there really isn't much information to work with.
Looking into the domain, I see that it fails to provide the intermediate cert and causes problems with secure connections.
But that would not stop LE from giving you a cert.
You mention WordPress by Bitnami (not sure if one belongs to the other).
In any case, Bitnami has special instructions for handling cert issuance.
And some WordPress uses have also managed to find/use scripts tailored specifically for their certificate issuances.
Unfortunately, I use neither of them; So I can't speak from first-hand experience.
So...
Did this ever work before, or, is this your first attempt at it?

Actually I now see that it has an LE cert issued today.
But it isn't handing out the intermediate cert
