SSL Cert removal, Force

My domain is: everythingcryptopro.com

I Am using VestaCP LetsEncrypt-Vesta with certbot as well as cloned LetsEncrypt repo, plus cloudflare automatically created another full cert for me not sure if they use LetsEncrypt.

It produced an output of the following: There was sooo much confusion as to which bot and panel were making 10/20 request for this poor domain. That’s when I realized that my acme and handshakes were now failing and it has gotten to the point where https://everythingcryptopro.com is now inaccessible

My web server is (include version): Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: vpscheap.net
I can login to a root shell on my machine: Yes
I’m using a control panel to manage my site: VestaCP latest build.

So I’m not sure right now how many certificates are exactly issued to my domain but I can assure you they are above 5+. How do I force remove every single certificate issued for my domain by LetsEncrypt?

is there perhaps a command or a magic broom to clean up the mess that I might have made. Lol magic broom

EDIT:

root@everythingcryptopro:/usr/local# letsencrypt-vesta admin everythingcryptopro.com
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
Plugins selected: Authenticator webroot, Installer None
Renewing an existing certificate
Performing the following challenges:
http-01 challenge for everythingcryptopro.com
http-01 challenge for www.everythingcryptopro.com
Using the webroot path /etc/letsencrypt/webroot for all unmatched domains.

An unexpected error occurred:
