I totally agree and would love to see that. I just didn't want to ask for too much.
I thought the simplest way to stop repeating information is:
I hope a reasonably competent person could use the two bits of info together. I know some people on this site, in particular, would have great responses to anyone posting a question that indicates they did not read that information.
We were thinking of keeping a repo with a vendored copy of the PSL and gTLD lists, and exposing what version we're using in /build
