Snap Certbot does not automatically renew

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: pikathebunny.uk

I ran this command: N/A

It produced this output: N/A

My web server is (include version): apache2 2.4.58-1ubuntu8.5

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu trixie/sid (noble) x86_64 24.04.1 LTS

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: webdock.io

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): certbot 2.9.0

The timer at systemctl status show certbot.timer is present and is actually running every 12 hours. I have installed Certbot via snap and have snap-certbot-4325.mount, snap.certbot.renew.timer and snap.certbot.renew.service. They were automatically generated by Certbot. They do run, but it seems to not renew the certificates since I still get emails about it. I do not see any errors in /var/log/syslog .

I would rather use text, but I don't remember the command for PuTTY to copy text to my system keyboard. There will be 2 more comments with images due to me being a new user.

It looks like your certs are renewing. Which domain names are shown in the email you receive?

I just rechecked the emails and I think they were for certificates which I replaced a while ago. Sorry for the mistake.
