I need a little more information that that. It sounds as if you haven’t included the domain name correctly into the config.
If you like, email me the complete getssl.cfg file for the domain(s) you want to obtain to getssl at serverco.com. Alternatively you can paste it here or, ideally, on the getssl issues pages on github.
