Requests reached for this domain name

I removed a certificate and wanted to added it.
But now I can't add it any more. I get a message:
Maximal requests reached for this domain name.

I waited 24h, but still get the same problem/message.

Any help is most welcome

I've moved your thread to the #help section, where it IMO probably belongs (as you're asking for help). There, you would have been presented with a questionnaire when opening the thread. I'll paste it below, please answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge:

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Testing and debugging are best done using the Staging Environment as the Rate Limits are much higher.

And to assist with debugging there is a great place to start is Let's Debug.
