Request Rate Limit Exception for drive.dmed.vn

Hi Let's Encrypt team,

I am facing a rate limit issue when trying to issue SSL certificates for drive.dmed.vn.

  • Domain affected: drive.dmed.vn
  • Rate limit type: (e.g., "too many certificates issued per week")
  • Reason for request: (e.g., "We had a server migration and accidentally requested too many certificates")
  • What we have tried: (e.g., "We have waited but need urgent SSL renewal")
  • Contact Email: ptkhoa2110@gmail.com
Could you please help us with a rate limit exception?

Thank you!

No, we really can't. And if you don't answer any of the questions listed, I doubt staff will be able to either. Why do you think you need an exception?

Based on your history from the public certificate logs you likely reached the 5 identical certs limit. Your ACME Client should have given you a long message which included when you can try again.

Please see the Rate Limit docs: Rate Limits - Let's Encrypt

You should be able to try again 34 hours after your most recent certificate. Or, try one of the other work-arounds described in the docs. Note also that there are NO overrides for this rate limit.

You should use the Let's Encrypt Staging system when testing new server setups.
