It would be impossible to explain to you how to renew your certificate without first knowing a few things about your system. Without such details, we can only provide general advice:
- Check the certificate currently in use for the name in the email.
If it is not expiring soon, you can probably ignore the email.
If it is expiring soon, then there is a problem with the renewal process.
If there is a problem with the renewal process, you can ask for help with that here.
But you will need to provide much more details about your system and how it obtains certificates.

Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in 19 days (on 2023-12-31). Please make sure to renew your certificate before then, or visitors to your web site will encounter errors.
We recommend renewing certificates automatically when they have a third of their total lifetime left. For Let's Encrypt's current 90-day certificates, that means renewing 30 days before expiration. See link for details.
