Renewing Certificates on Synology not working

Hi there.
just my first try to renew my certificate for" " after i got your email.

  1. i closed my firewall completely on my router just to see if it helped… it did not help
  2. i made my synology DMZ in the router… it did not help.
    is my account closed?

It's very unlikely you have that kind of problem with Let's Encrypt.

I dunno about Synology.
