Can't renew certificate on Synology

My domain is: thebiermans.ddns.net

I ran this command:
I have a Synology DS412+. I had an existing let'sencrypt certficate that is expiring soon so I wanted to renew it. I used the Synology Security panel. It said to

  1. Open ports 80 or 443. I forwarded both to the Synology.
  2. Set up DNS properly. I'm not sure what they mean by that, but I have DNS servers set on the NAS. I can get there from outside our LAN.

It produced this output:
When I renew the certificate, I get the message:

The operation failed. Please log in to DSM again and retry.

Based on "The operation failed. Please log in to DSM again and retry", I checked /var/log/messages and see this:

My web server is (include version): Apache 2.2

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): DSM 6.2-23739

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes.

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): N/A

So on the Synology I went to Control Panel > External Access > Advanced and reset “Hostname or static IP”. It seems to be working now. Very strange, but I think I’m ok now.

Hi @michaelbierman

https://thebiermans.ddns.net/

there is a new Letsencrypt-certificate, created today.

Yup, see above. Thanks!
