Renewed certificate, but Synology NAS cannot be accessed

I have renewed the certificate — the date is now 16.11.2021, yet I cannot call my Synology NAS with the address for which the certificate is valid.
And I get to contrary messages = Certificate not valid; and Certifcate valid from 18.08.2021 til 16.11.2021

Port 80 is open.

? Do I have to wait a while until the certificate is active – I renewed it about 2 hours ago?
