Renewal reminder emails

Is it just me or are there more people than usual recently getting confused by the renewal reminder emails?

I remember (and can see in my old emails) the email message itself used to contain a brief explanation and link to https://letsencrypt.org/docs/expiration-emails/ but that seems to have disappeared recently - was that an intentional change? I can see I received one on July 19th that includes the explanation and link, and one on July 26th that does not. I think it might be useful to add that back in…

Thanks for flagging this! I'm sorry your message wasn't noticed! I found it now while searching for related keywords.

We independently noticed this change in the email content and it was root caused to a regression during an unrelated configuration change made by our SRE team.

It should be all fixed as of ~yesterday.
