Renewal problem from EvxOnline/Plesk

Hello,

I got a mail from you reminding me to renew a certificate for a domain hosted at EvxOnline that is using Plesk that is supposed to automatically renew certificate once reaching 30 days before expiration.

I opened a ticket with EvxOnline who told me you have some trouble. Your Service status page is not showing any trouble and I didn’t find any other such complain here in the forum (hence my post).

From Plesk, I can even not see the certicate expiry date (do I need to open a ticket with them ?) and I have no mean to manually renew it.

I hope you can help me and clarify what’s going on …

My domain is: bd.ecollart.xyz

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: EvxOnline

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): No

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Plesk (no idea where to find version)

Thanks for help
Eric Collart

Your certificate is expiring November 14: https://crt.sh/?id=191654664

As for renewal, you’ll need to get more details from your provider regarding what is failing. I haven’t seen any reported systemic issues from Let’s Encrypt.

Thanks for your quick reply, I’ll get back to them…
