Each time I get an email for renewal and I renew my certificate I still get a second email reminding me to renew before the expiration date. Since I already renewed is there anyway to not send out the second email reminder?
Can you share the domain name(s) you are receiving a second notice for after renewal?
Usually this is caused by the "renewal" you're doing not being a renewal based on the server-side definition. See our docs on expiration emails:
We consider a certificate to be renewed if there is a newer certificate with the exact same set of names, regardless of which account created it. If you’ve issued a new certificate that adds or removes a name relative to your old certificate, you will get expiration email about your old certificate.
